Role: Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Reports to: Regional Director of Sales, East

FLSA: Exempt

Location: Remote 

  

Why is this role important at Genesee Scientific? 

Our Customer Success Managers drive the sales of research products within our customer segment. In this role, you will primarily work virtually to build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify and act on growth opportunities within existing accounts, and ensure profitability while achieving sales and revenue targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, high-energy professional looking to grow their sales career within a dynamic and expanding organization.
