What You'll Be Doing:
- Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls assisting customers through warm and cold leads, helping them book free hearing tests with Amplifon hearing specialists
- Build genuine connections by asking open-ended questions and understanding customer needs
- Share valuable information about Amplifon's range of hearing solutions
- Promote Amplifon's top-notch products and services
What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional Communicator: You have excellent listening skills and can engage in meaningful conversations with empathy and respect.
- Customer-Centric: Passionate about delivering outstanding service and making a positive impact.
- Quick Learner: Open to acquiring new skills, implementing them effectively, and celebrating your achievements.

- Flexible Availability: Willing to work a rotating roster Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5:36 pm.
