Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Department Maintenance: Maintain the in-stock condition of your assigned areas by monitoring inventory levels, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are properly displayed. Keep the department clean, organized, and shop-able at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards. Complete required safety training and immediately correct or report hazards and unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty.
- Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with your Department Supervisor and other associates within your department as well as cross-functional teams. Support your colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Department Support: Be prepared to handle basic tasks and inquiries in adjacent departments as needed, providing seamless service across the entire store.
