About the Role

However, please note that you must reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky, and be able to perform all work duties within the state of Kentucky. Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be delivering outstanding service to every pet parent who reaches out to us. Here's what you can expect in this role:
- Customer Interaction: Engage directly with pharmacy customers through inbound phone calls, emails, chat messages, and other communication channels. You'll address a wide range of inquiries, from prescription refills and medication questions to order status updates and billing concerns.
