Position Overview

This full‑time (40 hours/week) Remote Customer Service Representative role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast‑paced, patient‑focused environments. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providers, pharmacies, and specialty offices, delivering compassionate assistance, accurate scheduling, and seamless navigation of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
