Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive customer service support for our Review Team, interacting with beneficiaries and healthcare providers via our helpline. You will be responsible for the creation, formatting, and proofreading of correspondence, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in all communications.
