Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary inside contact for arenaflex customers, ensuring all customer needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and a customer-centric approach. This role takes ownership of fulfillment activities, including standard product recommendations, pricing inquiries, and information-related complaint resolution. This is a remote position requiring availability during Pacific Time Zone hours to effectively support our Western US Region territory.
