Position Summary As the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, you will: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, and the arenaflex e‑Commerce portal. Process equipment service requests, coordinate dispatch, and ensure seamless delivery to patients’ homes. Verify medical necessity, insurance coverage, and physician orders for all services, maintaining strict compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and third‑party payor guidelines. Resolve complaints, troubleshoot technical issues, and de‑escalate challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. Provide accurate product and service information, and recommend supplemental solutions that enhance the customer experience. Insurance & Compliance Verification – Validate Medicare, Medicaid, and private payer eligibility; secure physician orders; and forward complete documentation to the Billing Department. Data Quality & Documentation – Maintain meticulous records, update customer profiles, and generate reports as required. Metrics & Performance – Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores. Sales Enablement – Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell relevant products and services, aligning recommendations with patient needs.
