We are seeking an enthusiastic, empathetic, and detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Expedited Resolutions Team on the night and weekend shifts. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for high‑value customers and sellers, handling inquiries via phone, live chat, and email. You will be the voice of careerzynith, delivering swift, accurate solutions while maintaining the brand’s signature tone of confidence, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for live events.
