Our training covers everything from product knowledge and company policies to communication best practices and advanced problem-solving techniques. You'll learn how to navigate our systems, understand our processes, and develop the expertise necessary to handle a wide variety of customer situations. As a condition of employment, attendance at all required training sessions is mandatory – this ensures you have the optimal learning experience and are fully prepared to represent arenaflex with excellence.

Work Environment & What to Expect

The Customer Service Representative role at arenaflex is a full-time position working in a general office environment. Our operations run seven days a week, 365 days a year – including holidays – because our customers need us around the clock.

Work schedules are generally set for several months at a time, providing stability and predictability. However, we do maintain flexibility based on business needs. Periodic shift bids allow team members to have input into their schedules, and we encourage candidates to have a reasonable degree of availability and flexibility to work varying schedules throughout the year.

You'll be working with modern technology and systems, using multiple applications to efficiently handle customer inquiries. The pace can be fast, but you'll have the support of your team and management every step of the way.

Compensation & Benefits: Your Rewards

We recognize and reward the important work our Customer Service Representatives do. The posted pay range for this position is $14.04 – $21.76 per hour. This range reflects the wide variety of factors we consider, including candidate background, relevant experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position as you develop and succeed.
