What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking plumbing, heating, and cooling solutions. Your role is pivotal in creating lasting impressions and building trust with homeowners who rely on us for their comfort and safety needs.
Primary Duties Include:
- Customer Inquiry Management: Respond to incoming customer calls, emails, and messages with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You'll handle inquiries about scheduling appointments, service questions, pricing inquiries, and emergency support requests.
- Appointment Coordination: Work closely with our field service technicians to schedule convenient appointment windows for customers. You'll need to balance technician availability with customer preferences while optimizing route efficiency.
- Service Ticket Processing: Utilize our Service Titan CRM platform to create, update, and maintain accurate customer service records. Ensure all customer interactions are documented thoroughly for seamless follow-up and quality assurance.
- Customer Issue Resolution: Address concerns, complaints, and questions with a solutions-oriented mindset. You'll collaborate with our support teams to ensure every customer issue is resolved satisfactorily, maintaining our outstanding reputation.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Develop deep knowledge of arenaflex's service offerings, including plumbing repairs, installations, heating system maintenance, and air conditioning services. Use this expertise to educate customers and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Sales Support: Identify opportunities to assist customers with additional services while maintaining a customer-first approach. Help customers understand the value of preventive maintenance and upgrades.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role. Prior experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or home services industry is highly preferred but not mandatory—we provide comprehensive training.
- Technical Familiarity: Comfortable learning and navigating CRM systems, particularly Service Titan or similar platforms. Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software are essential.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. You must be able to convey information clearly, listen actively, and adapt your communication style to various customer personalities and situations.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions. You should be comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including daytime hours (8-hour shifts), evening shifts, and occasional weekends as needed to support our customers' needs.
