As a Customer Service Representative on our Event Sales Team at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between exceptional brands and the consumers who love them. Your daily responsibilities will be diverse, engaging, and incredibly rewarding. Here's what you can expect:

  • Brand Representation: Serve as the official ambassador for our portfolio of prestigious national client brands at various local events, retail activations, and promotional locations throughout the St. Petersburg area and surrounding communities.
  • Booth Management: Set up, organize, and professionally maintain branded booths, promotional displays, and sampling stations to create eye-catching, inviting spaces that draw crowds and capture attention.
  • Proactive Engagement: Initiate friendly, approachable conversations with event attendees and venue visitors in a warm, genuine manner—breaking the ice and building instant rapport with people from all walks of life.
  • Product Education: Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and unique selling points through enthusiastic demonstrations and informative presentations that help consumers understand and appreciate what our brand partners offer.
