Customer Service Representative

London Hydro is currently filling vacancies for Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to customers, support their accounts, and contribute to important programs while working in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills when communicating with customers regarding billings, payments, payment arrangements, products, repairs, policies and practices
• Maintain and update computerized customer records
• Research customer records and identify skip trace accounts, mixed meters, etc
• Test changes to Customer Information System as an end user
• Document all customer interactions
• Sort mail and process returned mail
• Slot read billing stubs and compare to batch tapes
• Promote initiatives, products and programs
• Initiate correspondence through modifying existing system letters and reports
• Use personal computer and appropriate software proficiently
• Assist in the training of new personnel
• Work various shifts as required
• Perform other duties related to the above job purpose

Skills

• Grade 12 education or equivalent is required
