Schedule: Rotating - Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

The Role: Call Center Representative
The Call Center Representative serves as the primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers regarding durable medical equipment. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, processing equipment orders, verifying insurance eligibility, troubleshooting delivery or billing issues, and ensuring a compassionate, efficient experience for all patients while strictly adhering to HIPAA regulations.
What We're Looking For
High School diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment.
Previous experience in the healthcare industry, specifically with Durable Medical Equipment (DME), pharmacy, or medical billing, is highly preferred.
