Customer Service Representative responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
Two years college education preferred
1-2 years proven work experience with customer contact
Ability to complete 8–10-week training class and demonstrate proficiency of the material
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Computer skills required
Customer focused professionalism
Call center experience strongly preferred
