  • Store Merchandising: Keep counters and shelves clean, well-organized, and properly merchandised. Take regular inventory and maintain accurate records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store management. Participate in implementing company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
  • Compliance with Regulations: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products, including alcoholic beverages and tobacco products. Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a compliant and safe environment for both customers and team members.
  • Display Construction and Maintenance: Construct and maintain eye-catching displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise. Complete resets and revisions as directed by management. Assist with the separation of food items according to company policies (e.g., raw foods separated from pre-cooked items) and proper product placement to ensure freshness and customer safety.
  • Digital Services: Provide exceptional customer service in specialized areas, including digital services. Demonstrate working knowledge of store systems and equipment. If applicable, assist with web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
  • Store Maintenance: Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure a clean, neat, orderly, and visually appealing store condition and appearance. Take pride in your work environment and contribute to a positive shopping atmosphere.
