As a Customer Service and Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience for one of our distinguished clients. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through various channels including phone, chat, email, and our ticketing portal. The position will be located at our modern call center facility in the Project CoWork Building, situated at 11103 West Avenue, San Antonio, Texas 78213. This location offers a professional and accessible workspace with ample amenities in the heart of San Antonio. After successfully completing 90 days of employment and meeting appropriate performance criteria, qualified team members will have the opportunity to transition to a hybrid or work-from-home arrangement, providing greater flexibility and work-life balance.
