Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our customer operations team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Collections and Account Management: Contacting customers via phone or written correspondence regarding past-due payments. You will handle sensitive financial discussions with tact and professionalism, working to resolve outstanding balances while preserving positive customer relationships.
- Issue Resolution and Dispute Management: Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes related to service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues. You will use available resources, systems, and tools to deliver accurate and timely resolutions.
- Order Accuracy and Quality Assurance: Verifying the accuracy and completeness of service orders and making necessary corrections or changes as needed to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications
- Related Associate Degree or two or more years of relevant work experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Prior customer service call center experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Previous collections experience with demonstrated success in resolving past-due accounts.
- Experience with selling products and services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Experience working remotely with demonstrated self-discipline and time management skills.
