As a Customer Care Professional – Monetary Banking Operations , you will be a trusted adviser, ensuring that every monetary transaction—whether a wire transfer, ACH, check request, or account closure—is executed flawlessly, securely, and in compliance with stringent regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Deliver personalized, high‑quality service via inbound and outbound calls, embodying arenaflex’s “Customer First” philosophy. Transaction Processing: Accurately handle daily processing of wire transfers, ACH transactions, official check requests, internal transfers, account closures, and check‑file processing. Data Analysis & Decision Making: Gather, scrutinize, and interpret large volumes of financial data to determine appropriate actions, exercising sound judgment even in ambiguous situations. Compliance & Due Diligence: Ensure all monetary activities meet internal policies, external audit standards, and federal regulator expectations.
