About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager with 15+ years of experience leading large, complex projects with multiple workstreams and diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving cross-functional healthcare initiatives, particularly within Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) or related value-based care settings, to completion on time and within scope, balancing competing priorities while fostering collaboration.

Exceptional communication skills and expertise in change management are essential for guiding clinical, operational, and technology teams through ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and solutions. This role requires an action-oriented professional who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and diving into the details to keep projects moving forward.

Experience in healthcare, population health, or ACO initiatives is strongly preferred. Experience managing quality vendors and overseeing quality reporting is desirable, as many projects intersect with clinical, operational, central service teams and vendors. If you are a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering results, we’d love to hear from you.

The Details: This is a full-time, remote contract position through end of year 2026 with potential for extension. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
