What We Are Seeking RMG Insurance is seeking a full-time experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager who is motivated and brings both insurance knowledge and a client-focused mindset. This role is perfect for an independent self-starter. You will handle a Commercial Lines book of business, primarily small businesses and Social Services entities. Job Responsibilities • Service accounts and process policy changes. • Manage account renewals. • Handle claims servicing and follow up. • Conduct account audits. • Provide customer service support via phone and email.
