<strong>CertaPro Painters of Nashua & Westford </strong>is seeking a results-driven <strong>Commercial Sales & Account Development Representative</strong> to grow our commercial business through a balanced focus on <strong>new client acquisition and expansion of existing key accounts</strong>. This role is responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with property managers, facility managers, and other commercial clients.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>

<strong>New Business Development<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Identify and pursue new commercial clients within target markets </li>
<li>Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, networking, and in-person visits </li>
<li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities </li>
<li>Attend industry events and associations (BOMA, IREM, CAI) to generate leads </li>
<li>Secure new business in a competitive B2B environment </li>

<strong>Account Management & Growth<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Manage and grow a portfolio of existing commercial clients </li>
<li>Conduct regular client visits to maintain relationships and uncover new opportunities </li>
<li>Generate repeat business through proactive follow-up and service </li>
</ul><div>E<strong>stimating and Production<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Meet with clients to assess project needs and scope of work </li>
<li>Develop and present detailed, accurate proposals </li>
<li>Clearly communicate expectations, timelines, and project scope </li>
<li>Close sales and manage change orders as needed </li>
<li>Ensure smooth handoff of sold projects to production teams </li>
<li>Communicate customer expectations and scope clearly to operations </li>
<li>Support issue resolution to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction </li>

<strong>Administrative<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Maintain accurate CRM records and track all sales activity </li>
<li>Manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on performance weekly </li>
<li>Manage marketing and entertainment budget to support customer acquisition</li>
</ul><div>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience </li>
<li>Proven ability to prospect and close new business </li>
<li>Strong relationship-building and communication skills </li>
<li>Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven </li>
<li>Experience in construction/property maintenance services a plus </li>
<li>Valid driver’s license </li>
