We are seeking a Client Support & Onboarding Specialist to join our team.

This role is a key member of the Centre of Excellence (COE) at People Corporation (PC), supporting employees across the organization as they adopt and use new systems. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others succeed, thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, and is committed to delivering a white glove support experience. 

The Client Support & Onboarding Specialist will ensure that PC employees feel confident using new platforms, receive timely assistance through live chat, and have a smooth onboarding experience with our tools and workflows.

Salary Range
 

The base salary for this position is between $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

 

This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to provide additional details of the total compensation for this role.
