The Client Manager in Nutrition and wellness is responsible for managing and growing client relationships within the NSF. This role focuses on supporting key accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and coordination. The Client Manager works closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and support business development initiatives.
Manage key accounts by serving as the primary client contact and ensuring consistent, high-quality service
Develop client relationships through proactive engagement and tailored solutions that address client needs
Coordinate stakeholder interactions to maintain alignment, satisfaction, and support service optimization
Ensure customer satisfaction by tracking feedback and collaborating with internal teams for smooth delivery
Support cross-selling efforts by identifying opportunities and aligning services with client goals
Contribute to business planning by building account strategies and adjusting to meet performance targets
Assist sales efforts through RFP participation, proposal development, and client business reviews
Maintain CRM accuracy by documenting all client activities for effective reporting and forecasting

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in client management, account coordination, or sales, preferably in TIC or technical services
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
Willingness to travel
U.S. Salary Range: $74,300 - $130,000
The total pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At NSF, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
