Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from members, providers, and internal partners with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information about careerzynith health plans, coverage options, and member benefits.
- Guide members through complex eligibility, claims, and authorization processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Document all interactions in the careerzynith Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, maintaining precise and up‑to‑date records.

Essential Qualifications
