HCLTech is seeking a Campus Recruiter to develop and execute campus hiring strategies to meet annual talent acquisition goals. The role involves building relationships with universities, managing recruitment processes, and promoting employer branding through various campus activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute campus hiring strategies to meet annual talent acquisition goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, placement officers, and student groups
• Plan and manage campus events, career fairs, internship drives, and engagement initiatives
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection processes
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and define hiring criteria
• Manage internship programs, onboarding processes, and early-career talent engagement
• Track hiring metrics, prepare recruitment reports, and ensure data accuracy in ATS systems
• Promote employer branding through campus activities and social media engagement
