JOB SUMMARY

The Camp Manager is responsible for the effective commercial and operational management of all aspects of remote camp operations for the assigned account. Manages client and stakeholder relationships and achieves and maintains DUS standards giving the highest achievable quality.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing the efficient delivery of food and environmental services (housekeeping, janitorial, maintenance) at several remote camps on the North Slope of Alaska; organizing and directing daily operations; managing scope of work within budget; interacting with the client for daily matters related to the execution of the contract, and managing the workforce. The Camp Manager ensures all functions are performed in compliance with the contract’s scope of work, DUS policies, standard operating procedures, and all applicable laws/regulations.
