<strong>What You’ll Do:<br></strong><br>

<li> Handle <strong>inbound calls</strong> from homeowners responding to marketing campaigns </li>
<li> Make <strong>outbound calls</strong> to follow up on leads and set appointments </li>
<li> Qualify customer needs for bathroom remodeling, home upgrades, and gutter services </li>
<li> Schedule in-home consultations for our sales team </li>
<li> Accurately enter and update customer information in CRM systems </li>
<li> Provide a professional, friendly, and helpful experience on every call </li>
