As such we seek a motivated and organised individual ? ideally with a minimum of three years? work experience, to join our established London administration team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment while working towards a nationally recognised qualification the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. This role will provide the opportunity to experience varied tasks across the firm and multiple development pathway options post qualification.<br><br></li></ul>Main function of job<br><br><strong>Reception Support<br><br></strong><ul><li>Answer calls and greet visitors professionally </li><li>Handle incoming/outgoing mail (opening, scanning, franking) </li><li>Manage client records, archives, and document security </li><li>Maintain meeting rooms </li><li>Provide refreshments for meetings </li><li>Perform general reception tasks (couriers, orders, etc.) </li><li>Assist with general admin across the office ?<br><br></li></ul><strong>Administrative Support<br><br></strong><ul><li>Manage diaries, meetings, and catering arrangements </li><li>Draft correspondence from templates </li><li>Complete client onboarding and compliance tasks</li><li>File accounts and confirmation statements using software </li><li>Prepare Excel workbooks and maintain technical resources </li><li>Order stationery and support with the creation of partner reports </li><li>Monitor emails and assist with communications </li><li>Troubleshoot office equipment issues </li><li>Coordinate training, events, and marketing/charity activities </li><li>Liaise with Facilities on safety roles (Fire Officers/First Aiders)</li></ul><li><br><br></li><strong>Qualifications Required<br><br></strong><ul><li>Minimum 5 GCSEs at grade A-C</li><li>Minimum 3 years work experience ? Ideally in a public facing role ?<br><br></li></ul><strong>Experience Required<br><br></strong><ul><li>Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Able to deal confidently and effectively with internal and external clients</li><li>Strong knowledge of MS suite software (Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)</li><li>High level of attention to detail and organisation standards</li><li>Demonstrated ability to be self-reliant, proactive and use own initiative</li><li>?
