What You'll Do: Your Role as a Customer Experience Specialist
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the voice and face of arenaflex's clients, representing their brands with professionalism, empathy, and expertise. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Multi-Channel Customer Engagement: Connect with customers through phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms to address their questions, concerns, and needs. You'll be the first point of contact who sets the tone for their entire experience.
- Problem Resolution: Employ your natural problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues efficiently. You'll listen actively, assess situations thoroughly, and implement solutions that leave customers satisfied and valued.
- De-escalation Expertise: When customers are frustrated or upset, you'll remain calm, composed, and empathetic. Your goal is to de-escalate tense situations and turn potentially negative experiences into positive ones.
- Escalation Management: Know when and how to escalate complex issues to appropriate team leads or departments. You'll ensure that customers receive the right level of support at the right time.
- Payment Processing: Assist customers with payment-related requests, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions for quality assurance, auditing, and continuous improvement purposes. Your accurate documentation helps us better serve our clients and customers.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Skills
Essential Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English with the ability to seamlessly switch between languages based on customer needs.
- Minimum Age: Must be 18 years or older.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a customer service role, demonstrating your ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable with desktop computer systems and Windows operating environments. Must be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
- Communication Excellence: Superior oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. You should be able to articulate clearly, listen actively, and convey empathy through your words.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Work Environment: A clean, quiet, and dedicated workspace free from distractions.
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous call center experience (6 months or more)
