Technical Requirements: Equipment & Connectivity

- Computer: A laptop or desktop computer (not a Mac, Surface, or Chromebook) running Windows 11 or higher. This ensures compatibility with our systems and software.
- Internet Connection: A hardwired internet connection (Ethernet) is required. Wireless connections are not sufficient for the level of connectivity and reliability our clients expect.
- Headset: A USB headset with noise-canceling features. Wireless headsets are not permitted due to connectivity and quality concerns.
- Webcam: A functional webcam (either external or integrated) for video communications and verification purposes.

Compensation
