As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in our Client Success Department, serving as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in our financial hardship programs. You'll be arenaflex's voice to the client and provide the essential connection between our Sales and Operations teams. About The Role

Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are the heartbeat of our client interaction. By responding promptly to client requests and possessing an acute awareness that allows you to anticipate our clients' needs and exceed their expectations, you'll be critical to maintaining arenaflex's exemplary customer brand.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will complete a comprehensive 4-week training program to become an expert in arenaflex's financial hardship programs. This extensive training will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to guide our clients through their financial journey with confidence and expertise. After successfully completing training, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service and creating positive experiences for our valued clients.

The Client Success Representative role is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our team. Our call center operates 7 days a week to serve our clients whenever they need us. The operating hours are Monday through Friday from 10:30am to 10:00pm CST, and Saturday and Sunday from 8:30am to 8:00pm CST. The ability to work weekends and evenings is required for this position.
