About the Internship Program
We know that you might know what you want to do, but you may not have made up your mind. PMI creates space for hands-on exploration, working with people across roles and teams, allowing you to find the path to your passions.
Our internship is designed to help you start your career journey. Over your time with us, you’ll work within a supportive team, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop practical skills through learning sessions, coaching, and access to digital tools. It runs from 1 June 2026, for a period of 6 months, and it is a full-time paid opportunity. In its core the Internship Program represents our most treasured value – sharing. As a B2B Systems Intern, you’ll help bring digital ideas to life by planning and launching engaging content that educates and energizes our trade partners. You’ll work closely with external agencies, co‑creating communication and engagement plans and seeing how your ideas directly support real business goals and strategies.
Your ‘day to day’:
- Drive the planning and rollout of digital campaigns across our B2B ecosystem, turning concepts into live executions
- Evaluate, challenge, and refine agency proposals to ensure cohesive, high‑quality campaign delivery
- Create and activate clear communications, monitor deployment, and optimize trade programs based on performance insights
- Engage with an end‑to‑end global B2B digital ecosystem, gaining exposure to international markets and platforms
- Collaborate daily with cross‑functional teams to accelerate go‑to‑market and maximize efficiency through digital tools
Who We’re Looking For:
We welcome students in their last year of education or recently graduated who are curious, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative. To join the internship program, you should have:
- Studies in areas like Business, Marketing, Digital, Economics, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital campaigns, communication, and technology‑driven solutions
- Strong communication skills in English and Bulgarian language.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data and insights into action
- Excellent level of Excel, Word, Power-point.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn by doing
- Well-organized fast learners, who see no boundaries.
- Team player with the confidence to share ideas and collaborate across functions
- A willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
