The Associate Manager of Healthcare Partnerships plays a key role in developing and nurturing partnerships within their territory. This role focuses on account management, relationship building, and driving engagement with healthcare organizations, payers, case managers, and community stakeholders. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned regions with the goal of increasing referral volume and expanding awareness of Mom’s Meals offerings. This position will have a relationship-oriented approach to client engagements ensuring Mom’s Meals is recognized as an industry leader in quality, customer service, and nutritional support for high-risk clients.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited toEffectively present Mom’s Meals products and services to a variety of audiences including managed care organizations as well as case managers, social workers, physicians, nurses and dietitiansIdentify growth opportunities and strategically develop new and existing accountsConsistently utilize company programs and systems to maximize and prioritize each of the qualified Tier account engagements and create efficient weekly sales routes to meet scheduled meetings, drop-ins, and client educational opportunitiesBuild a schedule of staff meetings, in-service presentations and conferences where target audiences meet and coordinate presentation of our product and serviceDemonstrate strong sales effectiveness and prompt follow-up via telephone and emailSupport the implementation process for new accounts or regions, helping educate staff and align service workflowsVerbally and electronically summarize weekly sales activities and maintain CRM database documenting sales leads, sales call information and follow-upsCollaborate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to tailor solutions to partner needsChampion the voice of the partner internally by surfacing feedback, challenges, and unmet needs from the field to help guide product or service improvementsTravel regionally and nationally on an as needed basis to represent Mom’s Meals at conferences or week-long sales routesProvide field team back up, and customer engagement support of Presentations, Conferences, and trainingsRequired Skills and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent3+ years’ healthcare sales experience in areas such as managed care, long-term care, home health, home care, hospital or medical equipmentKnowledge of Medicaid/Medicare benefit programsDemonstrated experience consulting and presenting to care providers for high risk member populationsSincerity and passion about helping peopleExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong Microsoft office skills – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointExperience with CRM, Salesforce or similar organizational sales softwareWillingness to travel 35-50% of the time for day and overnight trips, both regionally and nationwideGood driving record and insurabilityPreferred Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s degreeNon-credentialed candidates will be considered if there is a passion and competency in consultatively networking and upselling SDOH benefits to field-based Medicaid case managers and their supervisorsPhysical RequirementsRepetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingersSedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periodsVisual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
