Associate Global Mobility Counselor

Plus Relocation is seeking an Associate Global Mobility Counselor to assist clients and employees with their relocation processes. The role involves guiding individuals through mobility policies, coordinating services, and ensuring a smooth relocation experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for relocating employees and clients
• Interpret benefits and advise employees on policies, timelines, expenses, and resources
• Coordinate relocation and supplier services, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with benefit packages
• Adapt to client culture and collaborate with your team to enhance service delivery and drive continuous improvement

Skills

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Self-directed and effective working both independently and collaboratively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to respond resourcefully to new challenges
• Eagerness to learn new software and systems
• Familiarity with relocation or mobility services a plus
