Duties & Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Associate General Counsel provides strategic legal counsel and day-to-day legal support across the organization, advising management on a wide range of corporate, transactional, regulatory, compliance, and operational matters. This role partners closely with business leaders to manage legal risk, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, support government procurement and healthcare-related activities, and oversee contract management, audits, and outside counsel. The Associate General Counsel plays a key role in enabling business operations while maintaining high standards of legal integrity and regulatory compliance.

Compensation Range: $175,000 - $200,000 annually
