We are currently seeking a talented Associate Analyst IT CTS (Technical Support Specialist) to join our growing Information Technology team in Boston, MA.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, handling both first and second-level issues with professionalism and efficiency. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Analyst IT CTS at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive technical support to all crewmembers. Your daily activities will include:
- End-to-End Technical Support: Provide expert technical assistance for all arenaflex equipment, applications, and systems, including communication devices and mobile phones. You will be responsible for diagnosing, isolating, and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Multi-Channel Customer Service: Deliver outstanding on-site and remote support to arenaflex crewmembers. Your communication skills will be key as you interact with colleagues across various departments and locations.
- Incident Management: Coordinate the resolution of incidents and service requests from initial report to final resolution. This involves working with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely outcomes.
- System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor, support, and maintain critical systems to ensure maximum availability and performance. Proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations.
- User Access Management: Maintain and support user access to all required systems, ensuring proper security protocols are followed while enabling crewmembers to access the tools they need.
- Software Deployment: Assist with software package rollouts and ongoing maintenance, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with all Information Technology disciplines, including network engineers, developers, and system administrators, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain detailed documentation of all support requests according to arenaflex standards. Update database documentation with accurate and relevant information to support knowledge sharing.
- Priority Incident Response: Prioritize response efforts for critical incidents and system outages, demonstrating the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Travel Requirements: Be prepared to travel to Kingston, Jamaica regularly (up to 50% of the time) to provide on-site support and maintain system integrity across locations.
- Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges.
What We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:
- Education: High School Completion or General Education Development (GED) Certificate required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with equivalent experience.
- Technical Experience: Experience supporting latest operating systems OR successful completion of IT for Everybody certificate via Coursera (or equivalent online IT fundamentals course).
- Application Support: Proven experience implementing and supporting various business applications.
- Travel Capability: Must be available for short-term travel (up to 50%) and possess valid travel documents allowing travel to and from Jamaica and the United States.
- Visa Eligibility: Must be able to obtain a valid visa to travel to the United States if required.
- Desktop Configuration: Experience using desktop configuration packages is highly desirable.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally qualified to work in the country in which the position is located. Note: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Candidates with the following additional qualifications will be strongly preferred:
- Industry Certifications: Microsoft certifications, Networking certifications, or programming language certifications.
- Microsoft Products: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server products, including Exchange and Office Suite.
- Network Fundamentals: Understanding of LAN environments using TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS protocols.
- Telecommunications: Knowledge of communication, messaging, and phone systems (VOIP and POTS).
- Mobile Device Management: Familiarity with MDM solutions such as Desktop ONE and Microsoft Intune.
- Multimedia Solutions: Knowledge of multimedia systems and deployment.

Work Environment
You will work in a traditional office environment in Boston, MA, with the added requirement of periodic travel to Kingston, Jamaica (up to 50%). This role offers a blend of on-site and remote support responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to experience different work settings while maintaining meaningful connections with your team members.
While working or traveling on arenaflex flights (when time permits), all fit crewmembers may be asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft – reflecting our collaborative, all-hands-on-deck culture.
