Come join our team!
Are you the kind of person who notices the details others miss? The crooked blinds, the lightbulb that’s out, the spot on the counter that needs one more wipe? Do you take pride in a job done right, on time, and without being told twice? If so, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
The Acquisition Integration Specialist serves as the dedicated “Acquisition Concierge”, acting as a critical, high-touch liaison between PURE Home River’s executive leadership and newly acquired partners. Working alongside the Implementation Project Manager and the VP of Acquisitions, this role provides "white-glove" stewardship of teams from the moment of first contact through the successful completion of due diligence and assignment periods.
As the primary point of contact, you are responsible for the partner’s journey from start to finish. You ensure that no detail is overlooked and that the transition is as seamless and positive as possible. This role requires a blend of meticulous administrative mastery and the entrepreneurial drive to guide long-term strategic projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive "fixer" who is responsive, thoughtful, and capable of making this role their own within our fast-paced environment.
