Job Description:

Our graduate program is a 12-month journey that gives you real-world experience, hands-on learning, and exposure to industry-leading projects. You'll gain hands-on experience by shadowing senior leaders and participating in engaging chats with industry experts, providing deep insights into consulting fundamentals and the industries we serve. With structured learning, personalised mentoring, e-learning pathways, and ongoing feedback, we’ll set you up for success from day one.

The team - Commercial, Financial and Infrastructure (CFI) Advisory 

Our CFI Team brings together expertise in investment strategy, economics, commercial advisory, procurement, actuarial analysis and acquisition, and restructuring and dispute processes. We deliver enhanced commercial outcomes, optimised financial performance and sustainability and improved infrastructure outcomes through the planning, procurement and delivery of major projects. 

Our Infrastructure services span business case and investment appraisal, commercial structuring, procurement and transaction advisory, and robust financial and project finance analytics and decision making support.  We provide commercial rigour, financial discipline and strategic insight, working collaboratively with project teams, executives and stakeholders to enhance project value. 

Our expertise covers a range of sectors – including transport, energy, water, housing, health and social services – advising across all phases of the investment lifecycle. We support clients to develop and deliver new assets, improve operational outcomes, optimise portfolios and initiate asset sales or disposals. 

We help organisations figure out the best way to plan, structure, fund and/or finance, and deliver infrastructure projects, like transport, energy, housing, health or social infrastructure, so that these projects support their long-term goals.

Canberra roles: To be eligible for graduate positions based in Canberra, you must be an Australian citizen, as these roles require the ability to obtain NV1 clearance to support work with our clients. For more details, visit: AGSVA Eligibility and Suitability.
